John Morales
Founder and Executive Director
John Morales is the Director and Producer of the 40 film as well as the co-founder of Pro Life Champions. John brings an extensive 20-year background in radio and television to the film.

Cynthia Morales
Director of Development
Cynthia Morales, M.Div. Serves as Development Coordinator and Outreach Coordinator for Pro-Life Champions . Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge to our growing organization.   She became active in the Pro-Life Movement in 2002 following a deepened commitment to Christ.  She volunteered at a Pregnancy Resource Center, began praying outside the abortion clinics, and participated in Face the Truth Tours. In 2005, Cindy became the Director of Religious Education at St. Philip the apostle parish in the Archdiocese of Chicago.  While in that position, she published several studies for Catholic Scripture Studies International, including a study on the book of Amos, the encyclical Humanae Vitae, and three studies on the readings during Advent (for years A, B, and C).  She has a BA in Sociology and M.Div. from McCormick Theological Seminary.  In 2012, Cindy left her position as Director of Religious Education and joined Pro-Life Champions to help produce and distribute the “40” film.

Anne Weber
Director of Sales and Social Media
Anne has served as the Sales and Social Media Director for Pro-Life Champions since April 2014.  Anne began her involvement in the pro-life movement at her church’s Respect Life group in 2009, by helping to organize pro-life education events and participating in 40 Days for Life.  She helped organize one of the first 40 film screenings in January 2014.  Prior to that, she enjoyed a successful twenty year career of sales and account management in the medical diagnostics industry, where she earned the company’s President’s Club membership.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Marquette University.  Anne and her husband are blessed with two children who they are raising in a Chicago area suburb.

David Avignone
Executive Marketing Director
Prior to joining us, David was the Associate Director of Students for Life of Illinois, helping that organization increase it’s size, effectiveness, and donor base.

Since entering the pro-life movement in 2008 David has volunteered with countless local and national pro-life organizations, including local pregnancy resource centers. In addition, he has experience sidewalk counseling in Chicago, helping women choose life for their children.

With a focus in marketing and management, David earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000. For nine years, he worked at the global beverage company, DR Pepper/Snapple Group. David even completed his MBA in 2010 from Loyola University with a concentration in marketing and international business.

David resides in Lockport, IL with his beautiful wife and daughter.
